How to pay for parking using your mobile phone.
Parking using your mobile phone is easy. Follow these simple steps:

Mobile payment enabled Parking Machines are available in Lynchburg. These machines can be identified by the mPARK sticker on either side of the Duncan Pay By Space Parking Meter.

Ensure that you have caller id enabled on your mobile phone handset. This is important so that we can identify you when you call. For more information on caller id, please read the Frequently asked Questions

Call 1-888-MPARK-GO (1-888-672-7546)

As instructed by the voice prompts enter the following details using the keypad on your mobile phone:
- The parking machine number, then #
- Your bay number, then #
- The number of dollars parking you wish to purchase, then #. Or alternatively enter 0# to purchase the maximum amount of parking possible for the meter you have selected.

Ensure that your parking bay has been credited with the appropriate amount of time.
